DO NOT shift your vehicle

• Take pictures of the accident scene as possible, corners, cracks, injuries, etc.
• Take photos of the other party’s vehicle, damages & car plate number.

DO exchange particulars with all parties involved in the accident.

– We will make the necessary arrangements for you.
– Please make a police report if there is any injury sustained or damages to public property
– We will arrange a time for you to come down and guide you on your report.

Lastly, prepare the following documents

– Driver Driving License
– Owner IC
– Insurance Certificate
– Medical Bills & MC
– Police Report
– Vehicle Log Card
